What You’ll Accomplish with Us
As a Student – Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will be at the center of our mission.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing new enrollments and contributions
- Making updates to active participant accounts (beneficiary changes, address, SIN, etc.)
- Supporting the cash management team by handling deposits (money transfers, payments, etc.)
- Reviewing transactions completed by colleagues for accuracy
- Responding to emails and participating in team meetings
What Will Help You Succeed in This Role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying accounting, actuarial science, business administration, or any related field
- Is available to work part-time during semesters (minimum of 21 hours/week, 3 days per week from Monday to Friday during the day) and full-time during the summer
- Demonstrates curiosity, rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong adaptability and versatility
- Is comfortable with technology and tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Has an intermediate level of English, as you will need to read documentation in English, communicate via email and video calls with English-speaking colleagues, and work within a Canada-wide team on a daily basis
- Has an advanced level of French, as you will need to read documentation in French, communicate via email and video calls with French-speaking colleagues, and work within a Canada-wide team on a daily basis
