What you will accomplish with us

As an Advisor, Financial Performance and Transformation, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the preparation, analysis and enhancement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and tax reports with rigor and a high level of quality.

  • Support internal teams in processing certain expenses and conducting related financial analyses.

  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement, including the use of AI.

  • Contribute to the integration of AI tools and advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency and strengthen data quality.

  • Collaborate on financial transformation initiatives (data flow optimization, automated controls, basic predictive analyses, support for AI-related projects).

  • Participate in year‑end audit activities by preparing the required documentation and responding to auditor requests.

  • Collaborate closely with internal partners through a solution‑oriented approach.

  • Act as a backup resource for certain key tasks as needed.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any other relevant field.

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.

  • Is recognized for strong technical abilities with ERP systems, advanced Excel, analytics, automation and/or AI tools.

  • Stands out for analytical strength, critical thinking, and natural curiosity for improving processes.

  • Demonstrates strong professional judgment, rigor, and the ability to propose innovative ideas.

  • Intermediate knowledge of the English language is required, as the person in this role will be expected to communicate and collaborate with English‑speaking partners. They will also be required to work 50% of the time on a specific project that requires English.
