As a Organizational Design Advisor, you will play a key role in strategically supporting leaders through periods of evolution and transformation, while actively contributing to the ongoing development of iA by leveraging your knowledge and experience within a dynamic and rapidly growing practice.
This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Organizational Design Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor to management teams across all sectors of the organization, supporting their thinking around the organizational design of their teams:
Conduct targeted organizational diagnostics by identifying key issues and considerations from an organizational design perspective, based on interviews and in-depth analyses.
Document the current and target states of teams in terms of operating model and ways of working.
Model and assess various organizational structure scenarios to support informed decision-making.
Support management teams by adopting a cross-functional perspective that considers their challenges, opportunities, and iA’s strategic orientations.
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned mandates, from planning to delivery, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategy and ongoing development of the organizational design practice:
Contribute to the deployment and application of guiding principles related to organizational structures.
Measure and analyze the performance of activities carried out under mandates you lead, and test and propose relevant improvements.
Collaborate with the practice leader and colleagues on the development of tools, organizational design methodology, and other initiatives supporting the evolution of the practice.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their ability to deliver consulting mandates and support management teams in contexts of reorganization, operating model evolution, or large-scale transformation.
Stands out for their analytical, synthesis, modeling, and communication skills, as well as their systemic view of issues and strong business acumen.
Demonstrates strong communication skills, recognized influencing abilities, and a true strategic partner mindset, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Is recognized for their agility in managing multiple mandates and priorities simultaneously, navigating ambiguity, and demonstrating curiosity about trends in the organization of work; knowledge of organizational design theoretical models is considered an asset.
Has 8 to 10 years of experience in organizational design, strategy, or organizational performance, including experience leading structured organizational diagnostics or problem-solving initiatives.
Holds a university degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in both French and English, as the role requires providing day-to-day advisory support to both French- and English-speaking internal leaders.

A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
