What you will accomplish with us
As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Providing customer service by email and phone to answer questions related to contracts across the various distribution networks;
Analyzing and processing new agent contract applications, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information;
Analyzing, assessing, and processing requests related to transfers and financial compensation evaluations, in accordance with established business rules and compensation scales;
Recommending approval of contracts and license sponsorship requests to the manager, in line with province-specific requirements;
Entering, updating, and monitoring contract and license information in the designated administrative system;
Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives, while taking advantage of professional development opportunities (mentorship, participation in special projects, etc.).
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a university degree in business administration or a related field (a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered);
Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or administrative role;
Is recognized for strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information effectively;
Stands out for curiosity, a continuous desire to learn, proactivity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity;
Demonstrates strong autonomy as well as excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills;
Has an advanced level of proficiency in French, as the role involves daily verbal (phone, videoconference) and written (emails) communication with unilingual French-speaking colleagues and clients;
Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role involves daily verbal (phone, videoconference) and written (emails) communication with unilingual English-speaking colleagues and clients.
