What you will accomplish with us
As a Compensation Specialist, you will be central to our mission. Key responsibilities include:
Providing customer service by email and phone to the sales team or distribution networks regarding advisor compensation;
Analyzing, processing, and explaining complex situations, and proposing clear and precise solutions;
Acting as a reference for the sales team by clearly explaining compensation rules as well as the various types of bonuses and commissions;
Using multiple computer systems daily to process requests, make changes to files, and follow up accordingly;
Identifying and reporting non‑standard situations and collaborating with the team to find effective and sustainable solutions;
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities (mentorship, presentations, special projects, etc.).

We are looking for someone who:
Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role;
Is recognized for strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information;
Stands out for transparency, high quality standards, and a strong desire to learn;
Demonstrates great rigor and strong attention to detail;
Is known for a collaborative mindset and openness to asking questions;
Has an advanced level of French, as the role requires daily communication with unilingual French‑speaking internal collaborators and clients;
Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication with unilingual English‑speaking internal collaborators and clients.

*In Ontario, the typical hiring range for this position is between $52,000 and $57,000 CAD per year. The base salary offered may vary based on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
