What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Sales Associate, Insurance, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Deliver sales growth by expanding advisor awareness of iA’s insurance product offering and industry‑leading ease‑of‑doing‑business processes, in coordination with the Sales Director;
- Educate advisors on iA life insurance products, sales concepts, illustration software, and required documentation;
- Solicit new business and establish strong relationships with independent financial advisors;
- Maintain a regular cadence of contact with marketing teams to support brand relevance and awareness;
- Work in collaboration with the Sales Director on the creation and execution of presentations, both in‑person and virtual;
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, written correspondence, or in person in a timely and professional manner;
- Participate in planned conferences, road shows, presentations, and organized events, with occasional availability required during evenings and weekends.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a college diploma or a bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, insurance, or any other relevant field;
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or a brokerage environment;
- Demonstrates strong insurance product knowledge, including tools and sales concepts;
- Is recognized for their ability to lead, teach, coach, and motivate;
- Stands out for their excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and engage business partners;
- Demonstrates strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Works effectively both independently and within a team environment;
- Is known for their excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a vehicle;
