What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Strategic Health and Wellness Lead, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the strategy and roadmap for the Health and Wellness offering within group insurance, including disability insurance, paramedical services, and other products, in alignment with business line objectives.

• Act as the product expert and key subject‑matter resource for the Health and Wellness offering, both internally and externally, supporting partners, clients, consultants, and intermediaries as needed.

• Analyze market needs, trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues, as well as their impacts on products (features, pricing, systems, administration, and distribution), and propose appropriate, value‑driven solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and project teams on product development, evolution, and positioning to support business growth.

• Oversee the development of products and business processes, coordinating efforts with internal and external partners and influencing project teams to meet timelines and achieve objectives.

• Collect, analyze, and monitor performance indicators, profitability, risks, and actuarial considerations to assess product health and support informed decision‑making.

• Represent the organization with external stakeholders by delivering presentations to financial intermediaries and actuaries, participating in client meetings, and attending industry committees, including those focused on actuarial matters.

• Maintain a proactive market and industry watch through research, supplier interactions, webinars, and conferences, and recommend product enhancements aligned with customer needs and business strategy.

• Is known for their mastery of the financial aspects of products, particularly in risk management and profitability, as well as for experience in developing financial products and services.

• Stands out for their solid knowledge of group insurance products and processes, enabling effective contribution to the evolution and positioning of the offering.

• Demonstrates strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities, supported by a high level of autonomy and strong project management skills.

• Is recognized for their leadership, a collaborative mindset, and strategic thinking, combined with a positive attitude, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

• Has a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the health and wellness programs domain.

• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in both French and English, as the role requires daily written and verbal interaction with unilingual French‑ and English‑speaking collaborators.
