What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Acting as a strategic, operational, and tactical partner to hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and tailor strategies to fill positions in an optimal and sustainable manner.

• Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies (social media, candidate databases, etc.) and participating in networking events to promote the employer brand and expand your professional network.

• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines, supported by a strong understanding of the Canadian labour market.

• Collaborating with team members to share best practices focused on efficiency, innovation, and performance.

• Managing each stage of the recruitment process with agility, while ensuring a positive employee, candidate, and client experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their advanced sourcing skills.

• Stands out for their ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Demonstrates strong ability to work with performance indicators in a fast-paced environment with a sustained workload.

• Has a minimum of three 3 years of experience, including at least two (2) years in an advisory recruitment role.

• Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience, including at least two (2) years in an advisory recruitment role.

• Advanced proficiency in French, as the role involves participating in meetings with internal and external French-speaking partners, including colleagues, managers from various business units, and candidates, on a daily basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 55 375$ and 96 093$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
