What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Acting as a strategic, operational, and tactical partner to hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and tailor strategies to fill positions in an optimal and sustainable manner.
Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies (social media, candidate databases, etc.) and participating in networking events to promote the employer brand and expand your professional network.
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines, supported by a strong understanding of the Canadian labour market.
Collaborating with team members to share best practices focused on efficiency, innovation, and performance.
Managing each stage of the recruitment process with agility, while ensuring a positive employee, candidate, and client experience.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their advanced sourcing skills.
Stands out for their ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrates strong ability to work with performance indicators in a fast-paced environment with a sustained workload.
Has a minimum of three 3 years of experience, including at least two (2) years in an advisory recruitment role.

Advanced proficiency in French, as the role involves participating in meetings with internal and external French-speaking partners, including colleagues, managers from various business units, and candidates, on a daily basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 55 375$ and 96 093$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
