What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Insurance and Savings Products Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting competitive intelligence by producing insurance product illustrations for competitors
• Managing recurring processes, including supporting fund performance analysis and updating management fees
• Assisting analysts by responding to inquiries received through product team mailboxes (insurance and savings)
• Analyzing and implementing various requests related to data needs for the product team
• Documenting products and managing information requests

What Could Accelerate Your Success

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Has knowledge of insurance and savings products (an asset)
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Has an advanced level of English, as the role involves handling a high volume of inquiries in English, reviewing documentation available only in English, and interacting regularly with English-speaking colleagues and partners
• Has an advanced level of French, due to regular interactions, documentation, and collaboration within a French-speaking work environment
