What you will accomplish with us

As a Product Development Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Support competitive intelligence by producing illustrations of competitors’ insurance products

• Take ownership of recurring processes, including supporting the analysis of fund offering performance and updating management fees

• Support analysts by responding to questions received in product team mailboxes (insurance and savings)

• Analyze and implement various requests related to data needed by the product team

• Document and manage product information requests

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree and/or 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Has knowledge of insurance and savings products (an asset)

• Is proficient in English and the Office suite (especially Excel and Word)

• Stands out for attention to detail and strong organizational skills
