What you will accomplish with us
As a Student – Assistant, Governance and Risk Management, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of iAGPP’s governance and risk management program ;
  • Contribute to the development of training for employees to promote a culture of compliance, risk management, and sound governance ;
  • Ensure follow-up on governance and risk management requirements (accountability, quarterly reporting, etc.) ;
  • Develop or update various governance documents ;
  • Collaborate on various projects and related tasks connected to the firm’s risk management and governance.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing university studies in law or another related field ;
  • Is recognized for their written and verbal communication skills;
  • Stands out for their rigor in task execution ;
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ;
  • Is known for their excellent analytical skills ;
  • Has a strong interest in the financial sector ;
  • Has knowledge of commonly used computer tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ;
  • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the person will be required to review communications, collaborate on projects, and interact with colleagues, in writing and orally, on a daily basis.
