What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Strategic Advisor, Business Systems, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Act as the leader of the business system across the organization by defining a structured vision, advising senior management, and influencing strategic decisions
• Provide strong leadership to the team, both in coordination and content, while mobilizing experts around a shared vision
• Lead and evolve the governance of the business system to ensure coherence, clarity, and efficiency across the organization
• Drive business system performance by defining relevant indicators, assessing organizational maturity, and identifying high-impact improvement levers
• Map, analyze, and optimize key capabilities and workflows to strengthen alignment and overall performance
• Develop strategic recommendations and support their implementation by translating complex issues into concrete, actionable solutions
• Ensure overall organizational alignment by connecting the different components of the business system
• Structure and lead a transformation roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and produce clear, structured, and impactful deliverables for executive and operational audiences

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their expertise in strategic consulting, organizational transformation, and business performance, ideally gained within a consulting firm
• Stands out for their ability to influence senior leaders and guide strategic decision-making in complex environments
• Demonstrates strong expertise in organizational performance and transformation, including target operating model design, management frameworks, and business systems
• Is recognized for their ability to connect strategy, processes, performance, and organizational capabilities through business architecture or operating model design
• Demonstrates excellent communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and produce clear, structured executive deliverables
• Shows strong systems thinking and sound business judgment, enabling the identification of high-impact opportunities
• Stands out for their execution capability, prioritization, rigor, and results orientation in demanding and evolving environments
• Is recognized for their autonomy and leadership mindset, able to structure mandates and drive strategic initiatives with minimal supervision
• Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic consulting, organizational transformation, or business performance
• Has an advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role involves interacting (in person, by email, and via videoconference) with French- and English-speaking teams across Canada on a weekly basis. English tasks include leading meetings, delivering presentations, and writing emails with unilingual English-speaking stakeholders

For positions posted in Ontario and British Columbia

The typical hiring range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
