As a Manager, Enterprise CAB, you will play a key role in the governance, evaluation, and authorization of moderate- to high-risk IT changes, within a context of transformation and enhancement of change enablement practices.

This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

As a Manager, Enterprise CAB, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate weekly Enterprise CAB and TAB meetings, fostering a collaborative, disciplined, and decision-oriented environment.
  • Assess the quality, consistency, and rationale of high-risk changes submitted by sector CABs.
  • Approve or reject changes based on compliance, risk, and IT impact criteria.
  • Refocus discussions as needed, manage disagreements, and lead difficult conversations with confidence and diplomacy.
  • Collaborate closely with sector CAB managers, technical experts (TAB), change coordinators, and business stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of change enablement practices, aligned with the organization’s ITSM maturity objectives.
  • Support the implementation of monitoring, reporting, and dashboard mechanisms to ensure process transparency and performance.
  • Manage operational parameters of change enablement practices within the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), including configuration and evolution of key elements such as maintenance windows, approval rules, and workflows.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their experience in IT change management, facilitating decision-making committees, and coordinating cross-functional processes.
  • Stands out for their leadership and the ability to mobilize stakeholders, make decisions, and enforce governance practices.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to manage group dynamics, navigate conflict situations, and communicate strategically.
  • Is recognized for their expertise in IT frameworks and tools, including ITIL (ITIL v4 certification is an asset) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), as well as for strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, political acumen, and a solid understanding of issues related to CMDB, cross-functional risks, and service stability.
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English, as the role involves delivering presentations and facilitating sessions with unilingual French- and English-speaking internal clients on a weekly basis.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
  • Competitive benefits: Flexible group insurance, competitive pension plan, stock purchase plan, vacation and wellness/personal development days, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, ergonomic furniture program, performance bonus, discounts on iA products, and much more!
