What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Marketing Research Advisor, Voice of Clients and Advisors, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of, enhance, and optimize current measurement initiatives, including their monitoring, the implementation of best practices (TNR, etc.), as well as content and orchestration.
- Design and implement new measurement initiatives for key moments in the client and advisor journeys.
- Explore, analyze, and synthesize Voice of Customer data and feedback, including conducting interviews to identify satisfaction drivers and uncover root causes.
- Advise on and operationalize concrete improvement recommendations, including the implementation and follow-up of experience improvement plans.
- Actively collaborate with and influence various business units by serving as a catalyst to promote best practices and a client- and advisor-centric culture.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their strong expertise in marketing research, particularly quantitative methods (surveys, etc.), as well as their excellent ability to analyze data and understand business realities.
- Stands out for their ability to manage research projects, influence others, and build lasting, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong autonomy in managing and delivering research projects, along with a proven ability to challenge existing ways of doing things.
- Is recognized for their passion for continuous improvement, critical thinking, and ability to evolve practices.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in marketing research (or a related field), including relevant experience in managing and conducting research projects, particularly quantitative (surveys, etc.), as well as a degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field. Experience in a market research firm is a strong asset, as is knowledge of the individual insurance and savings industry or the financial sector in general.
- Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves writing, communicating, and delivering presentations to internal and external partners across Canada on a daily basis.
