What you'll accomplish with us

As an Account Transfer Administrator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing account transfers while respecting service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

  • Review, validate, initiate, and complete ATON and non-ATON transfer requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed within established timelines.

  • Communicate effectively with advisors, branches, operational teams, National Bank Financial, and external financial institutions regarding transfer requests, rejections, and outstanding items.

  • Monitor daily and weekly transfer reports, identify issues, follow up on outstanding transactions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

  • Perform quality control on transfer documentation, deposits, account reconciliations, mutual fund bookings, and transfer-related transactions, while supporting departmental phone, email, and mail administration.

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in account transfers, financial operations, wealth management administration, or a related field.

  • Has knowledge of ATON, CDS, ISM, or FundCom systems (considered an asset).

  • Is flexible and available to work overtime when required to support operational needs and service standards.
