As a Client Relationship Manager, Group Savings and Retirement (Retirement), you will play a key role in supporting plan sponsors and advisors while enhancing client satisfaction and engagement. What you'll accomplish with us
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and advisors by serving as a trusted strategic partner and primary point of contact.
- Deliver training and support on our products, tools, and services to help clients optimize their group retirement programs.
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions that align with their objectives while respecting iA Financial Group's service standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including the Education and Sales teams, to enhance member engagement and support business development initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service model by sharing expertise, best practices, and industry knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.

- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, financial planning, client relationship management, or client services.
- Possesses strong knowledge of group retirement savings plans and related industry practices.
- Has experience managing relationships with clients, advisors, and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, and demonstrates an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a vehicle.
- Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves leading meetings, delivering training sessions, supporting retirement committees, building relationships with plan sponsors and advisors, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across Canada on a regular basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 65 000$ and 110 000$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
