As a key member of the iA Special Markets Marketing team, you will operate with a significant level of autonomy and take ownership of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. Leveraging your expertise in direct response marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop targeted initiatives, analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement recommendations that enhance marketing effectiveness and support business objectives.
This would be for a 13 month temporary contract and due to the needs of the team the person would need to be based in Vancouver
What you’ll accomplish with us
As a a Bilingual Marketing Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Lead standard and complex bilingual marketing campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, alignment with business objectives, and continuous optimization based on performance results.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and actionable insights, recommend and implement improvements, and leverage direct response marketing strategies across digital and print channels to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Develop, adapt, and deliver bilingual marketing materials, communications, presentations, and documentation that are accurate, client-focused, aligned with brand standards, and tailored to different audiences, channels, and business objectives.
- Provide French-language expertise by reviewing, adapting, and recommending improvements to marketing content, ensuring appropriate tone, terminology, messaging, and linguistic quality.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams, designers, and cross-functional partners to develop marketing initiatives, provide direction on creative materials, and ensure campaigns and support materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Lead selected marketing projects and strategic initiatives, establishing clear timelines, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring successful execution and completion.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external partners to address escalated situations, facilitate decision-making, and maintain momentum on key business priorities and projects.

- Is known for their ability to manage marketing initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and accountability while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Stands out for their strong bilingual communication skills, with the ability to create, review, and adapt marketing content in both English and French to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, working effectively with Sales, Administration, Management, and other internal partners to achieve shared objectives.
- Is recognized for their project management and organizational abilities, including coordinating multiple deliverables, facilitating meetings, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed within established timelines.
- Has a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Has experience reviewing French marketing materials, bilingual campaigns, and translations to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and business requirements.
- Has 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role involves developing, reviewing, adapting, and presenting bilingual marketing materials and campaigns; collaborating with Sales teams, management, designers, and other internal partners; and communicating with external vendors and stakeholders daily.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
