What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Screen and distribute emails to the appropriate team members for action.
  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and documents to various stakeholders.
  • Print correspondence generated through the document generation system and prepare client packages for mailing.
  • Research and update client information related to returned mail, address changes, and payment information within established guidelines.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email to obtain required information and provide support.
  • Support Client Service Specialists by assisting with service queues during lunch periods, vacations, and peak business volumes.
  • Manage document imaging and administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client service delivery.

  • Has experience in administrative support, client service, or a related environment (considered an asset).
  • Has a keen interest in continuous improvement and contributing ideas to enhance processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English is required, as the incumbent will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with clients and internal and external partners in both languages on a daily basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 50 000 and 54 000$; base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for a corporate bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, a retirement savings program, flexible time off, and wellness programs.
