We are currently looking for two Project Managers:

  • One at the heart of our mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives, directly aligned with the company’s growth strategy;
  • The other to support strategic projects within the Talent and Culture Vice-Presidency (T&CVP).

In this context, as a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale projects by leveraging your leadership, influence, and communication skills.

This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Champion the project vision and ensure alignment with the Vice-Presidency’s objectives by mobilizing teams around shared goals.
  • Demonstrate influential leadership to engage stakeholders and foster commitment to a common vision.
  • Structure and maintain an integrated plan (deliverables, timelines, dependencies, milestones) to ensure disciplined project execution.
  • Organize, facilitate, and synchronize planning, tracking, and feedback activities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication and close collaboration with internal and external partners (HR, IT, Finance, managers, etc.) to support coherent and integrated delivery.
  • Produce consolidated and transparent status reports (costs, timelines, risks, issues, value delivered), proposing results-oriented solutions.
  • Identify, manage, and anticipate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement action plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Actively contribute to project management and organizational transformation, including change management, governance, resource planning, and budget tracking.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their continuous improvement mindset and a growth-oriented approach, fostering learning and adaptability to business needs.
  • Stands out for their communication skills, political acumen, and the ability to navigate cross-functional, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environments.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to synthesize, structure, and organize information, enabling clarity around interdependencies and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Is recognized for their initiative, sound judgment, and autonomy in delivering on mandates.
  • Has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders and technological components.
  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field (administration, industrial relations, human resources, etc.).
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication with English-speaking clients and partners across Canada via email and phone.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
  • Competitive benefits: Flexible group insurance, competitive pension plan, stock purchase plan, vacation and wellness/personal development days, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, ergonomic furniture program, performance bonus, discounts on iA products, and much more!
