What You Will Accomplish With Us


As an Agency Support Representative (Brossard), you will be at the heart of our Career agencies’ success. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and sales representatives, both in person and over the phone, while delivering professional and courteous service.
  • Ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and directing requests to the appropriate specialists when required.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the sales force, including activities related to contracting, onboarding, integration, and departures of advisors.
  • Supporting the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and the implementation of new administrative processes.
  • Contributing positively to agency operations by assisting with facilities management, mail distribution, office supplies management, and documenting processes and procedures related to agency activities.

  • Is recognized for exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to understand and address the needs of clients and the sales force.
  • Stands out for strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong motivation, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
  • Shows autonomy, attention to detail, and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Has relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field.
  • Is perfectly fluent in French (spoken and written), as this role requires frequent interactions with French-speaking clients, advisors, partners, and colleagues, as well as the preparation and review of written communications and administrative documentation in French.
  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the incumbent may occasionally interact with English-speaking internal or external partners as part of their duties.
