As a Corporate Actuarial Advisor, you will play a key role in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making, directly supporting the Corporate Finance and Actuarial Vice Presidency.

What You’ll Accomplish with Us
As a Corporate Actuarial Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate technical reserves in accordance with recognized standards and industry best practices;
- Prepare the Appointed Actuary’s Report and actuarial financial statements;
- Develop financial projections (premiums, claims, commissions, etc.) to support business planning;
- Contribute to capital analyses (FCT and ORSA) and risk modeling initiatives;
- Analyze product profitability and provide optimization recommendations;
- Contribute to the design and optimization of reinsurance programs;
- Develop and monitor actuarial performance indicators while supporting the continuous improvement of practices and processes;
- Coordinate actuarial activities and deliverables presented to governance bodies;
- Act as a subject matter expert by supporting the team in resolving complex issues and prioritizing work;
- Produce strategic analyses to support decision-making;
- Collaborate closely with business partners to align actuarial priorities with organizational objectives.
What Will Help You Succeed in This Role
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science;
- A minimum of four years of actuarial experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry;
- Strong knowledge of actuarial standards and industry practices;
- Solid financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills;
- Advanced understanding of actuarial methodologies and best practices;
- Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as statistical programming tools (SAS or equivalent) and Power BI;
- FCAS/FCIA designation (a strong asset);
- An intermediate level of English proficiency to interact occasionally with unilingual English-speaking partners (approximately 15% of the time).
