As a Senior Advisor, Artificial Intelligence Strategy, you will define, champion, and operationalize the artificial intelligence vision for IT4Bus teams, enabling the consistent, secure, and value-driven adoption of AI across various technology ecosystems while facilitating its practical use by Lines of Business (LOBs). What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Senior Advisor, Artificial Intelligence Strategy, you will be at the heart of our mission. Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and maintain an AI vision aligned with business objectives and corporate priorities.
  • Develop the target functional and ecosystem architecture for artificial intelligence.
  • Identify value-creation opportunities and AI-driven differentiators for Lines of Business.
  • Ensure the consistency of AI initiatives across technology teams, platforms, security teams, and data teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of governance frameworks, architectural principles, and AI usage guidelines.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor for the positioning and prioritization of AI use cases.
  • Translate the AI vision into actionable directions, roadmaps, and tactical priorities.
  • Support teams in the practical implementation of AI capabilities and solutions.
  • Promote the progressive, measurable, and scalable adoption of artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and structure high-impact needs.
  • Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.
  • Maintain active awareness of emerging trends, architectures, and use cases in artificial intelligence.
  • Act as a recognized subject matter expert and influential leader across technology and business teams.
  • Contribute to increasing organizational maturity in artificial intelligence.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or another related field.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in process automation and innovation, including 5 years of hands-on experience implementing artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Is recognized for strategic thinking and the ability to align technology directions with business objectives.
  • Stands out for the ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders across both technology and business teams.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to translate vision into actionable directions, roadmaps, and tactical priorities.
  • Is recognized for influential leadership and expertise in artificial intelligence.
  • Maintains an active awareness of emerging trends, architectures, and use cases in artificial intelligence.
  • Has advanced French language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Has advanced English language proficiency, as the role requires delivering presentations, facilitating meetings, and drafting written communications with English-speaking partners on a weekly basis.
