As a Client Relationship Manager, Group Benefits & Retirement Solutions (Insurance), you will play a key role in strengthening client loyalty and ensuring an outstanding experience for our group insurance clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with plan sponsors, administrators, and internal partners to support their evolving needs and promote the value of our solutions and services.

What you'll accomplish with us

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and administrators, serving as their dedicated point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support on our products, tools, and services while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Understand client needs, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational objectives and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Education, to support client retention, engagement initiatives, and business development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service model and share best practices, knowledge, and expertise with colleagues across the team.

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in group insurance within a client service, account management, or sales-related environment.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of group insurance products, administration, claims, underwriting, contracts, and billing processes.
  • Has experience managing relationships with clients, advisors, and key stakeholders.
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, and demonstrates an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a vehicle.
  • Is available to travel within the province, with occasional travel to other provinces.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves leading meetings, delivering training, managing client relationships, resolving service-related issues, and collaborating with plan sponsors, administrators, advisors, and internal stakeholders across Canada on a regular basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 65 000$ and 110 000$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
