Description
Senior Advisor – HR Innovation and AI
Build the Future With Us
Are you passionate about applied innovation, artificial intelligence, and their tangible potential to transform HR practices?
As a Senior Advisor – HR Innovation and AI, you will play a key role within the AI Innovation Hub of the Talent and Culture Vice Presidency (VPTC) by translating the AI strategic vision into concrete, responsible, and measurable-value solutions for HR teams.
This role complements and operationalizes the work of the Practice Leader – HR Innovation and AI. It is strongly focused on hands-on enablement, applied expertise, and the co-creation of AI solutions that are useful, adopted, and centered on an enhanced human experience.
What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a Senior Advisor – HR Innovation and AI, you will support HR teams end to end—from ideation to proof of value, and through scaling when relevant. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting HR Centers of Expertise and VPTC teams in identifying, clarifying, and qualifying HR AI use cases.
Assessing the relevance of use cases based on business value, feasibility, risks, and their technology integration zone (Zones 1, 2, and 3).
Supporting the concrete implementation of AI solutions, particularly in Zone 1 (citizen development – co-developing solutions with HR teams through expert guidance).
Designing, prototyping, and testing AI solutions applied to HR (assistants, automations, decision-support tools).
Actively contributing to proofs of concept (POCs) and proofs of value (POVs).
Collaborating closely with the IT Delivery Tower and systems teams on initiatives in Zones 2 and 3.
Documenting technology choices, learnings, limitations, and the impacts of developed solutions.
Contributing to the upskilling of HR teams through coaching, knowledge transfer, and clear communication.
Applying AI governance, security, ethics, and data protection frameworks.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the AI Innovation Hub’s practices.
Documenting and sharing use cases, best practices, and learnings, and contributing to AI literacy initiatives.
What Will Help You Succeed in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
Has relevant experience in innovation, technology, analytics, or digital transformation.
Has hands-on experience developing or integrating AI or automation solutions, ideally using low-code / no-code tools (e.g., Power Platform).
Demonstrates a strong understanding of generative AI, automation, and intelligent assistants.
Is recognized for a solution-oriented mindset, pragmatism, and the ability to deliver measurable value.
Has a strong ability to simplify and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Shows a strong interest in HR challenges and enhanced human experience.
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, autonomy, rigor, and strong prioritization skills.
Is comfortable working in matrixed and evolving environments.
Intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role requires daily conversations with unilingual English‑speaking colleagues and partners, as well as the ability to read, understand, and produce business documents (e.g., deliverables, presentations, written communications). These interactions will notably take place with subsidiaries located in the United States and Canada, as part of projects, workshops, and the sector’s day‑to‑day activities.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
A key, concrete, and highly hands-on role at the heart of the AI transformation of HR practices.
The opportunity to move quickly from idea to value, with solutions that are truly used and adopted.
An environment that values experimentation, learning, and knowledge sharing.
Close collaboration with passionate HR, IT, and innovation experts.
A healthy, inclusive, and human-centered workplace, supported by flexibility and a hybrid work model.
Competitive benefits, including flexible group insurance, a competitive pension plan, employee share purchase plan, vacation and wellness days, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, performance bonus, discounts on iA products, and more.
