Location: Province of Quebec (all regions)

What You Will Accomplish Daily
As a Damage Insurance Agent, you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to:
Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies
Follow the company’s underwriting policies
Use your skills to help increase client retention
Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs
Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating environment

Has an interest in sales
Has an advanced level of proficiency in the French language, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with French-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada on a regular basis
Enjoys teamwork
Minimum Education Requirements
High school diploma with 3 years of work experience
ORCollege diploma (or higher)
ORRecognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES)
