As an Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will play a key role in analyzing and processing transactions related to the lifecycle of group savings accounts (e.g., RRSP, DPSP, TFSA, non-registered plans, RRIF, LIF, annuities, RPP and SPP), while ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

What you will achieve with us

As an Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Process client transactions using the systems in place, from account opening to closure, ensuring compliance with plan rules and applicable laws;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal partners (both verbally and in writing);
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, accuracy, and strong organizational skills;
  • Meet financial deadlines and compliance requirements;
  • Review non-financial transactions completed by colleagues;
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure appropriate follow-ups;
  • Analyze simple requests and refer them to specialists when required;
  • Prepare reports and tax slips;
  • Process accounting entries;
  • Receive, sort, and manage physical mail (e.g., cheques).

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a college diploma in financial services or administration (or equivalent experience);
  • Has at least one year of experience in a similar or related role;
  • Is recognized for their rigor and attention to detail;
  • Stands out for their organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Demonstrates strong learning and adaptability abilities;
  • Is known for their customer service mindset and communication skills;
  • Has a basic level of English, as the role involves responding to emails and communicating daily with unilingual English-speaking clients and colleagues;
  • Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and group savings products (assets).
