As an Investor Relations Professional, you will play a key role in financial communication strategy and in enhancing the value of iA Financial Group with financial markets, institutional investors, and the Board of Directors.

What you will achieve with us

As an Investor Relations Professional, you will be at the heart of iA Financial Group’s value‑creation mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the preparation of financial disclosure documents for financial markets and the Board of Directors, including the development of key messages and the highlighting of the company’s performance;

  • Analyzing the company’s financial performance and independently addressing complex issues related to market perception, financial disclosure, or crisis management;

  • Presenting and simplifying financial topics for diverse audiences by adapting the level of discourse and responding to complex questions;

  • Supporting senior management in the preparation of presentations for various internal and external audiences;

  • Managing projects related to investor events, including content development, logistical coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the facilitation of strategic discussions;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial analysts, institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and the media;

  • Monitoring industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance financial disclosure and promote iA’s long‑term value proposition.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong analytical and synthesis skills in complex financial contexts;

  • Stands out for excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain a wide range of financial concepts;

  • Demonstrates strong autonomy, initiative, and sound judgment in a fast‑paced and evolving environment;

  • Possesses solid project management and problem‑solving skills;

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, accounting, or a related field;

  • Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar or related role;

  • Has an advanced level of French, both spoken and written;

  • Has an advanced level of English, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily collaboration—including analysis, synthesis, and meetings—in English with unilingual English‑speaking colleagues.

The typical hiring range for this position is $100k to $110k per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
