What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Business Intelligence Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business intelligence needs from various audiences and propose appropriate solutions.

• Develop selected solutions in collaboration with technology teams and other BI stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor to our business partners to support their understanding and optimal use of data.

• Perform in-depth analyses aimed at improving the efficiency of distribution teams.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their versatility, autonomy, and curiosity, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Stands out for their analytical skills, enabling the understanding, analysis, and synthesis of complex situations in order to provide accurate diagnoses and recommend innovative solutions to business partners.

• Demonstrates a high level of proactivity in identifying solutions and continuously improving business processes.

• Is recognized for their strong communication skills, particularly the ability to explain and simplify complex concepts, along with a solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of SAS and Power BI.

• Has 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or management information.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
