What You Will Accomplish With Us
As an Analyst, Platform and Benefits, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the key responsibilities:
• Ensure the planning, execution and monitoring of administrative activities related to group insurance plans and the use of digital tools;
• Analyze data, resolve operational issues, diagnose anomalies and recommend solutions that support continuous improvement;
• Prepare, validate and transmit payroll, eligibility and other required files, while responding to client inquiries regarding data and reports;
• Develop, maintain and optimize operational procedures related to group insurance plans and digital tools;
• Participate in the implementation, integration and deployment of new groups by ensuring a smooth transition and taking the necessary measures to resolve critical issues;
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and plan administrators by supporting them in the management of their group insurance plans and administrative processes;
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in digital tool testing as a subject matter expert to ensure the quality of processes and deliverables;
• Participate in various special projects and continuous improvement initiatives based on departmental needs;
• Ensure compliance with service agreements, effectively manage priorities and maintain a high level of quality in service delivery;
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, internal partners and various teams to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of shared objectives.
What Could Help You Succeed in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant experience in the group insurance industry;
- Stands out for their strong analytical skills, proactive approach and ease with technology tools;
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and project management skills, as well as proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to write emails and other written communications in English for unilingual English-speaking clients on a daily basis;
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Project Management, or any other relevant education or experience related to the position, which is considered an asset.
