• Increase usage and adoption of tools by identifying barriers, proposing solutions, and supporting managers and teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating field learnings and adjusting tools to maximize their value

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is known for their ability to manage and deploy organizational tools, content, and reference frameworks (intranet, guides, processes, frameworks)
• Stands out for their strong communication and simplification skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible
• Demonstrates strong ability to structure information effectively and intuitively, with a keen interest in user experience and tool clarity
• Is recognized for their ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including experts, managers, and operational teams
• Has 3 to 7 years of experience in analysis, coordination, communication, or continuous improvement, ideally in a complex organizational environment
• Demonstrates rigor and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Shows proactivity and autonomy, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering concrete impact
• Has knowledge of Lean, process management, or organizational performance (an asset)
• Advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role involves interacting in person, via email, and through videoconferences with both French-speaking and English-speaking business units across Canada on a weekly basis. Tasks in English include leading meetings, delivering presentations, and writing emails with unilingual English-speaking partners.
