We are looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team! In this role you will play a significant role in defining the requirements and prioritizing the features required in a project. Your primary objective is to facilitate communication and decisions between the customer, the business, and the product development teams.

What you’ll accomplish with us
Project Management
Produce and maintain consolidated reporting for business sector
Implement and facilitate portfolio governance on business priorities for cross-initiative monitoring
Help manage, plan, and organize the activities and schedules of large projects
Contribute to defining project scope
Assist in defining and managing project priorities
Is involved in identifying the operating issues related to the technological and/or business architecture proposed to meet client needs.
Initiative Planning
Support analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities through process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
In conjunction with business partners, initiate IT project requests, perform initial analysis of the request, and provide initial business assessment. (Project Proposal, Lean Business Case or Strategic Business Case).
Assist the Director of Projects in working with the business to integrate capacity planning and roadmaps into strategic planning and project implementations.
Help define the set of strategic, core, and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries.
Product Management
Ensure experience priorities are aligned across “one backlog”
Participate in defining business requirements and identifying acceptance criteria for project features
Actively involved in establishing the scope of initiatives
Work with stakeholders to fully understand business needs and define the requirements
Identify dependencies with other teams
Participate in the resolution of various problems in collaboration with the business owners, Product Owner, and IT sectors
Relations with Stakeholders
Work closely with Product Manager (PM), Product Owners (PO), Stakeholders, clients (internal partners), Architects and IT teams
Be the point of contact for Key Partners / Large accounts regarding technical issues
Ensure Change Management Plans are created and implemented for all projects or major features

What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Bilingual English/French
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or computer science or equivalent work experience
Five years or more in the Auto business sector would be an asset
Demonstrable experience in supporting Owners and other stakeholders to support business decisions
Basic knowledge of the principles of Lean and Agile software development
Ability to anticipate problems and address challenges
Demonstrate curiosity and be in “continuous exploration” mode
Great ease to evolve in changing context and needs
Ability to create a team synergy with all stakeholders
Familiarity with the IA Project Management framework would be an asset.
Knowledge of IA development methodology would be an asset.

The base salary range for this role is between $90, 000 - $110, 000.
