What you will accomplish with us
As a Student – Analyst, Group Insurance Administration, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Preparing and sending correspondence, as well as sorting and distributing incoming mail;
• Managing daily reports and ensuring follow-ups on pending files;
• Entering new requests and updating participant information for in-force contracts;
• Performing various administrative tasks related to file processing;
• Carrying out any other related duties.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently enrolled in a college or university program;
• Is available 14 to 20 hours per week during the academic term and 20 to 35 hours in the summer;
• Stands out for their strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel);
• Is recognized for their speed and accuracy in data entry;
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks;
• Is known for their autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
