As a Business Analyst – Financial Process Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in the analysis, design, and evolution of business processes, while supporting major transformation initiatives, regulatory projects, and simplification efforts. What you will accomplish with us
Depending on the complexity of the initiatives, you will be responsible for:
Developing, writing, updating, and documenting business analyses in accordance with business architecture standards, while clarifying business needs with clients and partners.
Documenting, designing, and optimizing business processes, and contributing to the definition of business rules in line with domain standards.
Working closely with business architects to define delivery strategies and testing approaches.
Providing leadership in the facilitation of workshops with stakeholders, with a focus on innovation, optimization, and performance.
Analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions and controls, particularly related to risk management and fraud prevention, including proofs of concept and prototypes.
Identifying, documenting, and recommending detailed solutions to meet the sector’s operational needs.
Establishing the testing strategy by planning, writing, executing, validating, and coordinating user acceptance testing, including test cases, results, and client support throughout the testing phase.
Planning, managing, and actively contributing to change management activities.
Building a climate of trust and sharing knowledge to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
You will work closely with business architecture advisors, fellow business analysts, product owners (POs), and technology teams.

Is recognized for strong analytical rigor and the ability to clarify complex business needs.
Stands out for their collaborative mindset and ease of working with multidisciplinary partners.
Demonstrates solid expertise in business processes and structured analysis methodologies.
Shows strong technological aptitude and autonomy in the use of various tools (Windows, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Hopex, Oracle ERP Cloud – assets).
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a business analyst, ideally in the finance, accounting, or banking sector.
Holds a CPA designation (asset).
An intermediate level of proficiency in English is required, as the individual will be expected, on a daily basis, to engage in conversations with unilingual English‑speaking partners and colleagues, as well as to read, understand, and write business documents (e.g., deliverables, presentations, written communications). These interactions will notably take place with subsidiaries located in the United States and Canada, in the context of projects, workshops, and the sector’s day‑to‑day activities.
