As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering analysis mandates related to major initiatives, actively contributing to project delivery within the individual insurance, savings, and retirement sector.

This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Conduct impact analyses related to implemented changes and actively contribute to change management activities.

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather, clarify, and document requirements related to upcoming changes, in alignment with the organization’s pillars: growth, efficiency, client and advisor experience, and employee experience.

  • Provide leadership in facilitating workshops with stakeholders, with a focus on innovation, process optimization, and performance.

  • Perform rigorous and well-documented business analyses, supported by data and expert consultations, and contribute to the recommendation of optimized business solutions and processes.

  • Model business processes and maintain or develop clear, structured business documentation tailored to project needs.

  • Define the scope and develop the functional testing strategy, ensuring coverage of all modified or added functionalities, while considering stakeholder needs, business requirements, selected IT solutions, and analysis deliverables.

  • Design relevant and realistic test scenarios by understanding the tools and common use cases of advisors and internal resources and work closely with IT teams to ensure the quality and compliance of delivered solutions.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their knowledge of work management and collaboration tools, particularly Azure DevOps, and their ability to use them effectively in a solution delivery context.

  • Stands out for their understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks and the Lean methodology, and their ability to apply them in project and transformation environments.

  • Demonstrates strong expertise in business process analysis methods, such as BPMN, UML, or equivalent approaches, to model and optimize processes.

  • Is recognized for their knowledge of the insurance industry, including offered products, administrative systems, and business processes, considered a strong asset to understand issues and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (with a focus on IT, project management, or change management). Business Analyst certification is an asset.

  • Has 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar senior business analysis role.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.

  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.

  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.

  • Competitive benefits: Flexible group insurance, competitive pension plan, stock purchase plan, vacation and wellness/personal development days, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, ergonomic furniture program, performance bonus, discounts on iA products, and much more!
