As an Agency Support Agent (Saint-Hyacinthe), you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations of Career agencies by providing comprehensive, coordinated, and professional support to clients, the sales force, and the management team.

What you will accomplish with us
As an Agency Support Agent (Saint-Hyacinthe), you will be at the core of the Career agencies’ mission. Your main responsibilities include:
Welcome and assist clients and the sales force, in person or over the phone, providing professional and courteous service
Ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and redirect requests to the appropriate specialists when required
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force, particularly during onboarding, integration, and departure of advisors
Assist the Agency Director in organizing activities, managing schedules, preparing meetings, compiling reports, and implementing new administrative processes
Contribute positively to agency life by supporting office management, mail handling, office supplies, and documenting processes and tasks related to agency operations

We are looking for someone who:
Is recognized for excellent customer service skills and strong ability to understand both client and sales force needs
Stands out for communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong motivation, and a positive team spirit
Shows autonomy, rigor, and strong adaptability in a fast-evolving environment
Has relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field
Has a advanced level of French (spoken and written), which is essential for this role
Has an intermediate level of English, as the role requires occasional interaction with English-speaking internal or external partners
