The Operational Data Value Analyst supports operations and management teams by providing dashboards, performance indicators, and analyses that enable informed, autonomous, and action-oriented decision-making.

In this role, you will act as an analytical partner to operational teams, transforming data from operational systems into actionable insights to support:


  • performance monitoring;
  • prioritization of actions;
  • process optimization;
  • day-to-day operational management.

This role is strongly focused on understanding business needs, enhancing data value, and operationalizing analytical assets. You will work closely with the Data Governance and Analytics team to ensure adherence to best practices and the sustainability of developed solutions.




As an Operational Data Value Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting analytical needs from operational and management teams.
  • Clarifying monitoring, performance management, and decision-making objectives associated with expressed needs.
  • Translating business needs into actionable KPIs, visualizations, and analyses.
  • Extracting data from various operational systems and sources.
  • Validating, cleaning, and documenting datasets used for analyses and dashboards.
  • Identifying data quality, consistency, or availability issues.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to propose realistic and sustainable improvements.
  • Designing, developing, and enhancing dashboards and reports for operational teams.
  • Delivering analytical products iteratively, incorporating user feedback.
  • Deploying solutions, providing post-implementation support, and promoting adoption.
  • Empowering operational teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Working closely with the Strategy, Data Governance, and Analytics team to ensure consistency, quality, and evolution of practices.



What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:


  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry.
  • Holds a university degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel).
  • Is recognized for their rigor, attention to quality, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Has excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative approach.
  • Shows a high level of autonomy, initiative, and ability to thrive in a transforming environment.
  • Can communicate fluently in French as the role involves daily collaboration with French speaking business partners
