What you will accomplish with us

As Practice Leader, Awareness Strategy – Information Security, you will be at the core of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and assessing human-related cybersecurity risk behaviors and defining the organizational awareness program.

  • Designing, deploying, and continuously evolving an information security awareness program aligned with the organizational context.

  • Implementing a reference framework to measure behaviors and compliance with the corporate information security policy.

  • Developing and deploying targeted campaigns to increase employee vigilance and promote a strong security culture across the organization.

  • Monitoring progress, assessing campaign effectiveness, integrating feedback, and continuously optimizing the awareness program.

  • Working closely with business lines, HR functions, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinating the information security awareness team and acting as a subject-matter expert in your field.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their strong expertise in information security, particularly in risk management and training.

  • Stands out for their ability to develop structured, measurable awareness strategies aligned with business needs.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts and synthesize information for diverse audiences.

  • Is known for their influential leadership, ability to mobilize teams, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or another relevant field.

  • Has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information security.

  • Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires regular communication with English-speaking partners.
