Job Title
Practice Lead, Citizen Development
Build the future with us
Are you passionate about enabling collaboration, improving ways of working, and scaling digital capabilities across an organization? As Practice Lead, Citizen Development, you will play a key role in enabling and coordinating Investia’s Citizen Development capability within Business Architecture & Data Strategy.
This role goes beyond coordination. You will act as a connector, facilitator, and enabler across business teams, citizen developers, and key stakeholders, contributing to the evolution of a cohesive, scalable, and continuously improving Citizen Development ecosystem.
At iA, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities. You will thrive in a caring, collaborative, and fast‑evolving environment where your leadership and influence truly make a difference.
What you’ll accomplish with us
As Practice Lead, Citizen Development, you will support the structure, intake, prioritization, and evolution of low‑code initiatives while fostering alignment and collaboration across the organization:
Enable and coordinate interactions between business teams, citizen developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and expected value.
Act as a central point of coordination for Citizen Development initiatives, ensuring coherence and continuity across a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
Facilitate key working sessions, including intake reviews, prioritization discussions, and follow‑ups, to support effective decision‑making and progress.
Serve as the entry point for new requests and initiatives related to low‑code solutions (e.g., Power Platform, automation flows).
Perform initial analyses to ensure requests are complete, clear, and actionable, and guide them toward the appropriate delivery paths and resources.
Structure, maintain, and oversee a backlog of requests and initiatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow from idea to delivery.
Provide clear visibility on progress, priorities, workload, risks, and issues to support informed decision‑making by stakeholders.
Identify and coordinate dependencies across teams, support the resolution of blockers, and escalate issues when required.
Ensure initiatives align with established governance, security, and compliance guardrails.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of lightweight, effective practices supporting the Citizen Development capability.
Support continuous improvement of ways of working and contribute to the evolution and scaling of the Citizen Development practice.
Foster knowledge sharing and help build a sustainable, connected, and mature Citizen Development ecosystem across the organization.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in coordination, delivery support, digital initiatives, or similar roles.
Has experience working in cross‑functional environments and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Shows leadership through influence and is comfortable guiding alignment without direct authority.
Is skilled at structuring needs, maintaining clear prioritization, and ensuring effective follow‑up.
Can identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and actively support their resolution.
Thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments and adapts easily to change.
Brings a strong continuous improvement mindset.
Holds a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, IT) or equivalent experience.
Is familiar with Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban (no certification required).
An intermediate level of proficiency in English is required, as the individual will be expected, on a daily basis, to engage in conversations with unilingual English‑speaking partners and colleagues, as well as to read, understand, and write business documents (e.g., deliverables, presentations, written communications). These interactions will notably take place with subsidiaries located in the United States and Canada, in the context of projects, workshops, and the sector’s day‑to‑day activities.
Why you’ll love working with us
A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive workplace where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
