Description

Build the future with us

Are you driven by creating value for clients and developing solutions that fuel growth? Do you want to contribute to the purpose of a company whose mission is to ensure clients feel confident and secure about their future? As a Senior Product Manager – Growth Hub, you will play a key role in the design, evolution, and scaling of solutions aimed at maximizing customer value and accelerating cross-selling across the organization.

At the heart of a complex, cross-functional ecosystem, you will act as an orchestrator of value, ensuring alignment between the Growth Hub’s strategic vision, technological capabilities, and expected business outcomes, in close collaboration with multiple internal teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your strategic and collaborative strengths within a caring and trusted organization where people, collaboration, and innovation are core priorities.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be central to our mission. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Define and champion the product vision for the Growth Hub, aligned with growth objectives, commercial performance, and the overall value proposition, and translate strategic ambitions into concrete, measurable, and scalable products and capabilities.

  • Drive business value and manage the product lifecycle, ensuring delivered solutions effectively support growth, conversion, and retention strategies while preserving the customer experience and advisor relationship.

  • Prioritize initiatives, target segments, and customer populations based on business value, feasibility, technological capabilities, and organizational capacity.

  • Own the program backlog, including its structure, prioritization, and readiness, and support Program Increment (PI) planning by ensuring teams have a clear and prioritized backlog.

  • Present and advocate for the vision, roadmap, and business value during PI planning and key governance forums, and approve PI objectives.

  • Ensure governance and overall steering of the Growth Hub, including consolidated reporting (KPIs, benefits, risks, dependencies) and the preparation of executive summaries for governance bodies.

  • Act as a central point of contact and catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, working closely with data, marketing, platform, operations, transformation, and line-of-business teams, and supporting strategic decision-making.

  • Oversee financial management, deployment, and scaling of solutions, including budget tracking, sound investment management, deployment readiness, change adoption, and long-term sustainability of solutions in production.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for the ability to translate a growth strategy into concrete, measurable, and actionable priorities, with a strong understanding of customer value, cross-selling, conversion, retention, and overall value propositions.

  • Stands out for strong business judgment and a systemic perspective, enabling effective trade-offs between business value, risk, effort, and organizational capacity in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Demonstrates strong influence-based leadership and a collaborative approach, mobilizing diverse stakeholders (lines of business, marketing, data, technology, operations) without formal authority, in fast-paced transformation contexts.

  • Is recognized for analytical strength and rigor in performance management, including KPI analysis, benefits measurement, and support for strategic decision-making.

  • Has approximately 10 years or more of experience in business strategy, product development, growth, or transformation, including go-to-market initiatives and customer activation, supported by a relevant university degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication and collaboration (presentations, emails, meetings, business cases) with North American English-speaking partners.

  • Has an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role involves daily communication and collaboration (presentations, emails, meetings, business cases) with North American French-speaking partners.
