As an IAM Product Owner, you will directly contribute to simplifying, centralizing, and strengthening identity governance solutions, notably through the deployment of a strategic SaaS solution.

What you will accomplish with us
As a Product Owner, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking a critical view of integration with IAM processes and solutions and collaborating on defining and prioritizing integration activities;
- Translating the product vision into clear objectives to deliver integrations within budget and timeline commitments;
- Ensuring ongoing management of the product backlog and the development of user stories;
- Managing the delivery plan and monitoring progress;
- Analyzing issues, assessing the impact of scope changes, and proposing appropriate solutions;
- Ensuring integration-related processes are adjusted as the product evolves;
- Supporting team members in clarifying business requirements;
- Participating in the development of identity lifecycle event management processes;
- Working closely with the security architect and designers to define delivery, implementation, and operational strategies;
- Contributing, alongside the security architect and product manager, to the development of the organization’s Identity product roadmap;
- Adopting a continuous improvement mindset and challenging existing processes;
- Demonstrating sensitivity to identity management issues and cybersecurity challenges;
- Collaborating with external partners such as Saviynt and KPMG to ensure the success of initiatives.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or another relevant field;
- Has 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role or in technology product management;
- Is recognized for their ability to demonstrate strong, mobilizing leadership in complex environments;
- Stands out for close collaboration with technical teams and business partners;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize needs effectively;
- Has experience with identity management platforms such as SailPoint and/or Saviynt;
- Has solid knowledge of Azure / Entra ID and enterprise application concepts;
- Masters Lean and Agile principles and applies them effectively in a team-based environment;
- Demonstrates strong adaptability and the ability to learn new technologies quickly;
- Has knowledge of YAML, Terraform, and CI/CD processes (an asset);
- Has excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Has an intermediate level of English, as the role requires daily collaboration with English-speaking vendors.
