What you will accomplish with us
As a Business Architecture Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:
- Translate strategy into concrete actions: define the scope of initiatives, propose appropriate business solutions, structure delivery (increments, priorities), and assess costs, benefits, and risks in collaboration with IT and partners.
- Demonstrate influential leadership: act as the business line representative in major initiatives, challenge approaches, influence decision-making, and rally stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Simplify and clarify: develop communications, models, and visual representations that make issues and solutions understandable and actionable, enabling faster decision-making.
- Ensure consistency and business value: maintain alignment of solutions with strategic objectives and identify concrete opportunities for optimization and process simplification.
- Anticipate and structure the future: analyze roadmaps, identify business impacts and dependencies, and propose realistic and coherent action plans.
- Act as a cross-functional catalyst: foster collaboration across teams, bridge areas of expertise, and maintain a results-oriented overall vision.
- Promote and influence the adoption of business solutions: support partners and distribution networks through advisory and communication efforts, ensuring solutions are clear, relevant, and aligned with their operational realities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and monitor trends: maintain active awareness of trends in the insurance and individual savings sectors, and contribute to team development by sharing best practices and market insights.
- Contribute to the evolution of practices: maintain and evolve business architecture frameworks and share your expertise to help grow the team.
