Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. (40 hours)

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Claims Administration Agent, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Handle client and supplier requests primarily by phone, delivering professional and courteous service.
Analyze, assess, and manage claims related to mechanical protection plans, in accordance with established procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively answering questions and supporting clients throughout the entire claims process.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure accurate and efficient handling of claims files.

Is recognized for their knowledge of automotive parts, an important asset for the analysis and processing of claims.
Has 3 to 5 years of experience in the customer service field, with a technical advisor profile.
Holds a high school diploma or has training in mechanics (an asset).
Intermediate level of French and English proficiency, as the role involves daily phone communication with French and English‑speaking clients and suppliers.
