You’ll help shape how advisors understand and adopt the iA Clarington mutual fund lineup, working with experts across Product Development, Product Management, Sales, Investments, Compliance, and Marketing to build compelling product narratives, lead go‑to‑market execution, and deliver advisor and investor‑facing content that drives confidence and adoption and fuels asset growth.
Embedded within iA Wealth Product Management & Marketing and focused primarily on the iA Clarington product suite, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing develops product positioning, builds go‑to‑market programs, and orchestrates multi‑channel promotion and distribution to drive sales success. This role translates and packages investment and product information into market‑ready narratives and campaign assets that are highly influential, positioning iA Clarington and its products at the forefront of advisor recommendations for their clients.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Sr Manager, Product Marketing, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Narrative Development
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning for the iA Clarington mutual fund lineup.
• Translate investment insights, product strategy, and market context into concise, compelling advisor‑ready narratives.
• Ensure product messaging integrates seamlessly within iA Wealth’s broader marketing and brand strategies.
Go‑to‑Market Leadership
• Lead product marketing for fund launches and enhancements to deliver impactful, sales-driven results.
• Partner with Product Development, Product Management, Sales, Investments, and Compliance to deliver coordinated, high‑quality go‑to‑market plans.
• Prepare marketing briefs and guide creative teams to produce presentations, one‑pagers, digital assets, and sales tools.
Campaign & Promotional Distribution Strategy
• Direct the creation and distribution strategy of all promotional components across campaigns, including event invitations, registration pages, landing pages, email journeys, social/digital placements, and field‑enablement packages.
• Define audience targeting, channel mix, sequencing/cadence, and measurement to maximize advisor reach and engagement.
• Ensure promotional workflows and content are timely, accurate, and aligned to product priorities.
Advisor & Sales Enablement
• Develop advisor‑facing product materials, including positioning summaries, competitive comparisons, sales ideas, and talking points.
• Work with Sales to incorporate field feedback and continuously improve materials.
• Provide timely product and market commentary – that complements standard reporting from Product Management - derived from PM/Investment sources.
• Lead the Funds-in-Focus program and maintain a heightened level of support for campaigns, including proactive content planning and timely updates.
Event & Due Diligence Content
• Create and support highly engaging content for advisor due diligence meetings, roadshows, and market events.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards.
Insights & Analytics
• Leverage performance data, flows, market trends, and competitor insights to inform positioning and content.
• Support evidence‑based storytelling that enhances advisor understanding and engagement.
Compliance & Quality
• Uphold rigorous standards of accuracy and compliance across all product materials.
• Partner with Compliance and internal stakeholders to meet regulatory and internal review requirements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Development, Product Management, Sales, Investments, Compliance, and Marketing to align priorities and deliver consistent advisor‑focused messaging.
• Integrate product promotion into broader Wealth marketing initiatives and advisor engagement programs.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
University degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, product management, or sales directly within asset management.
Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital markets, and the advisor distribution model.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex investment concepts for advisor audiences.
Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
Excellent writing, communication, and project management abilities

The base salary range for this position ranges from $120, 000 - $140, 000 annually
