What you will accomplish with us

As a Student – SharePoint Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Maintaining the GISS Information Centre, a sectoral portal supported by SharePoint;

• Publishing, replacing, and deleting documents, announcements, and news in SharePoint;

• Adding metadata, creating custom views, links, shortcuts, and dynamic forms;

• Managing access, modifying menus, site appearance, buttons, tabs, images, and banners;

• Performing related tasks in support of the team’s activities.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently a bachelor’s student in Business Administration or another related field;

• Is available a minimum of 14 hours per week during academic terms (Monday to Friday, daytime) and part‑time during the summer (no possibility of full‑time work in the summer);

• Is recognized for their autonomy, curiosity, and resourcefulness;

• Stands out for their ability to collaborate, interpersonal skills, rigor, and organizational abilities;

• Demonstrates a strong interest in knowledge management tools;

• Has good knowledge of SharePoint and the Office suite (assets).
