As Associate Director, IT Solutions Delivery – Access Management, you will play a key role in the management, stabilization, and leadership of teams responsible for operations and customer service related to Identity and Access Management (IAM). Your hands‑on leadership, ability to structure operations, and customer‑centric mindset will directly contribute to service quality and the ongoing evolution of IAM practices.
What you will accomplish with us
As Associate Director, IT Solutions Delivery, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day‑to‑day operational management of technical and customer support teams, including activity oversight, performance monitoring, and rigorous application of established processes and standards;
Managing exception and escalation situations while ensuring a high level of customer service quality;
Providing hands‑on people management focused on clear expectations, accountability, performance management, absenteeism, and skills development;
Supporting the structuring of teams and practices in line with evolving organizational and operational needs;
Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives (DevSecOps, innovation, automation, security, integration, and technology lifecycle management);
Establishing and maintaining partnerships with technology vendors and contributing to cost center budget management;
Working closely with IT teams, internal partners, and the Information Technology Vice‑Presidency to ensure alignment and harmonization of environments and applications.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for a committed and structured leader who:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
Has a minimum of 8 years of experience combining IT resource management and information technology;
Demonstrates significant experience managing operational technical teams requiring close and rigorous oversight;
Has advanced proficiency in French and an advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication and presentations with internal and external stakeholders across Canada;
Demonstrates strong organizational, planning, and execution follow‑up skills;
Is comfortable in a role requiring active field presence, frequent follow‑ups, and rapid intervention with teams;
Has a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies;
Shows innovation and the ability to mobilize teams during periods of change;
Is able to manage multiple, sometimes competing priorities and develop effective action plans;
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative work environment;
Is recognized for rigor, strong listening skills, accountability, and a results‑driven mindset;
Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) ( is an asset )
