As a Sustainability Advisor, you will be responsible for leading complex initiatives, proposing practical and innovative solutions, and mobilizing internal and external stakeholders around a shared sustainability vision.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Sustainability Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. The main responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the definition and ongoing evolution of the organization’s sustainability strategy.

  • Managing end-to-end sustainability projects, from planning to delivery, including stakeholder coordination, risk management, budget tracking, and reporting.

  • Leading efforts to quantify and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, including: Conducting GHG inventories (data collection, validation, and analysis); Developing data-driven emissions reduction plans; Supporting business units in implementing reduction measures.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams on ESG-related issues, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented approach.

  • Facilitating co-creation workshops and meetings to promote engagement and ownership of initiatives.

  • Contributing to the communication and promotion of sustainability initiatives, both internally and externally (annual reports, presentations, ESG questionnaires, etc.).

  • Monitoring sustainability best practices, particularly within the financial services sector.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds an undergraduate university degree in business administration, sustainable development, environmental studies, or a related discipline.

  • Has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, sustainable investing, climate risk, or another related field.

  • Is recognized for their ability to collaborate effectively on team-based projects.

  • Stands out for their curiosity and open-mindedness.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in French.

  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role involves regular collaboration, documentation, and communication with internal and external partners.
