What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior Advisor, Data Governance, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with managers to align the data and analytics strategy with business needs and organizational priorities.
Support managers in preparing accountability and reporting presentations for various committees, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment of the information presented.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, clear, and decision-oriented Power BI dashboards.
Leverage the capabilities of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to automate and streamline reporting processes, design application solutions tailored to team needs, and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate reporting requirements and standardize terminology, indicators, and tracking registers.
Support teams in their continuous improvement and innovation initiatives by proposing solutions based on in-depth data analysis.
Work in partnership with various compliance and risk management departments to understand their data needs and deliver analyses that support their strategic objectives.
Promote best practices in data usage, governance, and sharing, and contribute to the development and experimentation of artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., AI agents) to support operations and decision-making within the Vice Presidency.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, visualization, and the delivery of decision-support dashboards.
Stands out for their knowledge of the Power Platform, notably Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as a strong foundation in SQL and an interest in further developing expertise in Microsoft Fabric.
Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective performance in complex, evolving environments with a certain level of uncertainty.
Is recognized for their rigor, autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and a strong collaborative mindset, as well as the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, positively influence stakeholders, and foster buy-in for proposed solutions, while showing a strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Holds relevant education or experience in data governance, business intelligence, data enablement, automation, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English, as the role requires daily reading and drafting of documentation in English.
