What You Will Accomplish With Us
As an Agency Support Agent, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting clients, in person or over the phone, while delivering a professional and positive experience;
Ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration with the sales force, and directing requests to the appropriate resources as needed;
Providing administrative support to the sales force, including support related to representative changes, incoming transfers, advisor movements, compensation inquiries, career development processes, administrative expense entries, and orders for customized products;
Contributing to contracting activities, as well as to the onboarding, integration, and departure processes for advisors;
Supporting the Agency Director in their Cabinet role, including organizing agency activities, managing schedules, preparing meetings, compiling reports, and performing various administrative follow-ups;
Participating in the agency’s administrative management, including documentation, maintaining required agency registers, managing office facilities, mail, and office supplies;
Performing any other tasks or ad hoc mandates assigned by management.

Stands out for their communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities;
Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills;
Shows a proactive attitude, a positive team spirit, and strong adaptability to change;
Holds a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Secretarial Studies, an AEC in Office Automation, or a related field;
Has relevant experience in administrative support or customer service.
Has full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written), as the role is performed primarily in French
Intermediate level of proficiency in English is required, as the individual will occasionally interact with English-speaking internal or external partners in the course of their duties.
