  • Provide advanced, in-person, local IT support, adopting a solution-oriented approach focused on user experience and service quality.

  • Support users, gather their feedback, and play an advisory role by guiding them toward best practices in the use of IT tools, technologies, and services.

  • Perform in-depth IT diagnostics, exercise sound technical judgment, and ensure rigorous follow-up through to resolution, limiting escalation when appropriate.

  • Handle IT requests and incidents using service management tools, ensuring efficient, structured, and results-oriented case management.

  • Install, configure, and support workstations, mobile devices, and IT accessories, while ensuring the accuracy of asset data, inventories, and documentation.

  • Contribute to the management of IT supplies and equipment, including receiving, storage, and maintaining preparation and storage areas to high standards.

  • Install, operate, and support audiovisual equipment during corporate events and in collaborative rooms, ensuring a high level of reliability and service quality.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for excellence in customer service skills, advanced interpersonal abilities, professionalism, and the ability to interact comfortably in a variety of contexts.

  • Demonstrates a strong collaborative mindset, good political acumen, and a constant focus on continuous improvement.

  • Has an excellent command of IT work environments, including office productivity tools, hardware, software, and online solutions.

  • Demonstrates strong, proven technical skills in Windows and Mac environments, as well as on mobile devices (Android and iOS).

  • Shows sound judgment, autonomy, and the ability to take ownership of situations requiring analysis, discernment, and prioritization.

  • Is known for curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to evolve in a constantly changing technological environment.

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support experience, as well as a college diploma (DEC or AEC) in IT or the equivalent (any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered).

  • Has an advanced level of French and English, as the person will be required to support internal clients and vendors, in writing and verbally, in both languages on a daily basis.
