What you will accomplish with us
As an Administrator, Support Team, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Printing, preparing, and shipping documents to clients and internal partners;
Receiving, organizing, and managing incoming paper mail;
Scanning, indexing, and ensuring accurate electronic filing of documents;
Managing and coordinating access requests to systems, tools, and shared resources;
Ensuring that documents and access requests are handled in compliance with internal policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.

We are looking for someone who:
Holds a college diploma in administration, financial services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Has a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or operational support role;
Is recognized for their rigor and strong attention to detail;

Demonstrates high reliability and a strong sense of responsibility;
Is known for their team spirit and positive attitude.
