Description
Build the future with us
Are you driven by information technology and eager to contribute to the purpose of a company that aims to ensure its clients feel confident and secure about their future? As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in IT vendor governance and contract lifecycle management, supporting leadership in optimizing performance, costs, risks, and the overall value of agreements.
This position represents an excellent opportunity to showcase your analytical, interpersonal, and strategic skills while ensuring contract follow‑up, contractual compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders. You will also contribute to maximizing benefits, including non‑financial benefits associated with contracts—within a caring and trusted organization where people and their development are at the heart of priorities, and where collaboration and innovation are encouraged.
What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Senior IT Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Managing the operational aspects of IT contracts (monitoring, renewals, timelines, key clauses).
Monitoring vendor performance (SLAs, contractual commitments, performance indicators).
Coordinating interactions with vendors in collaboration with IT teams, Procurement, Vendor Management Office (VMO), and Legal.
Producing analyses and reports on vendor costs, performance, and risks.
Supporting the preparation of contractual files (amendments, renewals, terminations).
Contributing to the continuous improvement of vendor governance and IT compliance practices.
Acting as the IT point of contact for matters related to contracts and vendors.
Identifying, tracking, and contributing to the realization of non‑financial benefits included in IT contracts (e.g., training, certifications, educational credits, access to learning platforms), in collaboration with relevant internal teams, to support skills development across the organization.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Is recognized for strong analytical skills, administrative rigor, and a keen sense of coordination, enabling effective monitoring of agreements and contractual compliance.
Stands out for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including strategic IT vendors.
Demonstrates a strong sensitivity to maximizing contractual value, particularly in terms of cost optimization, risk management, and non‑financial benefits such as knowledge transfer and skills development.
Is recognized for sound judgment, professionalism, and a structured approach in IT governance, compliance, and vendor management contexts.
Has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology, including three (3) to five (5) years in roles related to management, IT analysis, governance, compliance, or vendor management.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field of equivalent level, deemed equivalent.
Has a solid understanding of IT environments, including cloud and managed service models.
Has excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
Has an intermediate to advanced level of English, as the role requires regular communication and collaboration with external vendors and unilingual English‑speaking IT experts, including meetings, contract follow‑ups, and service delivery‑related exchanges. The internal team communicates on a day‑to‑day basis in French.
Why you’ll love working with us
A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
